    In diesem Teil des Bulletin setzen sich Amos Dossi und Sophie-Charlotte Fischer mit den möglichen Implikationen des Ukrainekriegs für schweizerische Kooperationsstrategien im Sicherheits- und Verteidigungsbereich auseinander. Während die Schweiz seit den Neunzigerjahren im Feld europäischer Innensicherheitspolitik ein engmaschiges und institutionell stark verankertes Netzwerk multilateraler Beziehungen geknüpft hat, beschränkte sie ihre verteidigungspolitische Zusammenarbeit auf die militärpolitische Arbeitsebene und setzte dabei primär auf bi- und minilaterale Formate. Dieses Modell funktionierte lange gut; die veränderte Sicherheitslage sowie Anpassungen seitens Partnerstaaten legen hier jedoch eine Weiterentwicklung und Diversifizierung nahe. Vor diesem Hintergrund und basierend auf sowohl CSS-internen Analysen als auch externen Expertenmeinungen skizzieren Dossi und Fischer konkrete Handlungsoptionen.
