Eine Vielzahl A,B-alternierender Copolymere entsteht aus Diacrylaten und Cycloalkenen in Gegenwart von [Cl2(PCy3)(H2IMes)RuCHPh] (1). Der hohe Umsatz und die hohe Selektivität beruhen auf der thermodynamisch begünstigten Bildung von C-C-Doppelbindungen zwischen diesen Monomeren.
