Abstract
Vielerorts übersteigt die Nachfrage nach günstigem Wohnraum das Angebot. Sie ist so hoch, dass Armutsbetroffene und gefährdete kaum angemessenen Wohnraum finden. Die nicht monetäre Unterstützung Betroffener erleichtert den Zugang zu günstigem Wohnraum und sichert ihre gesellschaftliche Teilhabe.
