Abstract
Le cadre de lutte contre le terrorisme de l’ONU et son architecture institutionnelle se sont développés rapidement depuis les attentats du 11 septembre 2001. Cette infrastructure a apporté une contribution importante à certains aspects de la lutte mondiale contre le terrorisme. Cependant, elle présente aussi de graves lacunes.
