Innovation and project management at ETH Library

Abstract

The presentation introduces methods and processes of innovation and project management at ETH Library. It focuses on the organisational integration of innovation management and in particular its entanglement with project management. Some relevant aspects of recent projects, such as “Refresh Kowledge Portal”, “E-Lending”, and “ETHorama” are highlighted to illustrate current fields of activities, strategic and operational approaches, endeavours, and lessons learned.
