Feinberg (ETH Zurich, aryeh.feinberg@env.ethz.ch) August 2019 Data files for the training runs conducted for sensitivity analysis of selenium in SOCOL-AER, for Feinberg et al. : Mapping the drivers of uncertainty in atmospheric selenium deposition using global sensitivity analysis The provided data files include: -parameter values for all 400 training simulations in original units (Parameter_values_training_runs_original_units.csv) -parameter values for all 400 training simulations in transformed units so that each are uniformly distributed, used in UQLab software to create surrogate models (Parameter_values_training_runs_transform_units.csv) -parameter values for all 50 validation simulations in original units (Parameter_values_validation_runs_original_units.csv) -parameter values for all 50 validation simulations in transformed units so that each are uniformly distributed, used in UQLab software to create surrogate models (Parameter_values_validation_runs_transform_units.csv) -annual mean Se species burdens, wet deposition fluxes, and dry deposition fluxes in 400 training SOCOL-AER simulations (sensitivity_runs_data.nc) -annual mean Se species burdens, wet deposition fluxes, and dry deposition fluxes in 50 validation SOCOL-AER simulations (validation_runs_data.nc)
