Abstract
With the availability of disaggregated spatial data, residential location choice models have become more and more diverse in the hypothesis tested. This reduces the comparability of the main findings in different studies, although one might expect a comparable human behavior for comparable study areas. In the paper we review recent literature of the residential location choice models on a disaggregated level, in order to conclude in a set of variables recommended for use in models and simulations.
