Markov chain Monte Carlo methods for hierarchical clustering of dynamic causal models – supplementary data

Abstract

This a dataset containing synthetic fMRI data used in the publication "Markov chain Monte Carlo methods for hierarchical clustering of dynamic causal models" in Human Brain Mapping. Specifically, this dataset contains fMRI time series for 20 sets of 30 synthetic subjects each, which were used to obtain the results presented in section 3.1 of the above paper.
