TCM Curriculum

Abstract

The following curriculum can be embedded in an existing project management course in order to introduce students to the TCM method and its application with ALICE within a few weeks. The curriculum should ensure that the students have a good understanding of TCM and its application without exams and that they keep the acquired knowledge as long as possible.
