Hotspot Balkans: Serbia and Kosovo

Abstract

Despite various efforts at reconciliation, the road to a viable settlement between Serbia and Kosovo remains long. Yet, without normalizing relations with one another, neither Kosovo nor Serbia are likely to achieve their goals of integration into European governance structures.
