Abstract
We report the fabrication and measurement of a finite‐periode lateral superlattice within a Coulomb blockaded island, thereby creating a quantum dot with a periodic internal substructure. The potential modulation introduces an additional length scale to the quantum dot state, which can be probed with a perpendicular magnetic field. Show more
