Manual Reference Earthquake Catalog COSEISMIQ Experiment

Abstract

This repository contains the manual reference dataset generated from the COSEISMIQ experiment in SW Iceland. It contains event parameters of manually revised events in various formats. See header for details. DB_extr_Event.csv - Contains hypocenter information of manually revised earthquakes in csv format. See header for details. DB_extr_EventID.txt - File contains all SeisComP event IDs of manually revised earthquakes DB_extr_EventID_Info.csv - File contains additional event information of manually revised earthquakes in csv format. See header for details. DB_extr_Phase.csv - Contains all picked phases of manually revised earthquakes. This list also conatins automatic picks accepted by some analysts. pick method is specified in last column, see header for details. DB_extr_Station.csv - File with station information, see header for details. #Description of directory xmlfiles: This folder contains the full SeisComp Event-xml format for all manually reviewed earthquakes. There is one event-XML file per event. These files have been extracted from the original SeisComP database via the scxmldump.
