Abstract
DNA-encoded chemical libraries were postulated in the early 1990s, but it took some time for their relevance to small-molecule drug discovery to be convincingly demonstrated. In 2009, scientists from Praecis/GSK produced and screened the first large-member DNA-encoded library, using a design approach that is still the most used today. Show more
