Abstract
The dataset comprises recordings from 10 freely behaving mixed-sex zebra finch pairs (20 individuals) recorded in the BirdPark. The dataset contains recording files sampled at 24414 Hz and manually annotated examples of noise-free vocalizations. The files contain simultaneously recorded signals from animal-borne accelerometers and microphones.
