Abstract
With this correction note, the authors would like to point out several errors in [1] that have been intro-
duced by the IEEE during the editing process. Specifically, the left-hand side of equations (32)–(37), as well as the left-hand side of equation (75) were published incorrectly. In addition, the authors would like to point out an error of their own: on page 1616, when the free-space wavenumber is introduced, we mistakenly omitted the factor 2π. To remain consistent with the rest of the paper, the correct expression for the free-space wavenumber is given by k $\widehat{=}$ 2πf $\sqrt{μ_0ϵ_0}$.
