BUI LDINGS B LOCKS TOWARDS FUL LY INT EGRAT ED HIGH- FREQUENCY POWER E L ECTRONIC DEVICE S
(2024)Limiting climate change is closely linked to the energy transition from fossil fuels to sustainable energy sources and the intelligent electrification of energy supply and consumption. This process is accompanied by the implementation of wide bandgap semiconductors such as SiC and the adjustment of the whole device packaging including all components and material systems. In this spirit, this work focuses on some crucial building blocks ...Doctoral Thesis -

ON RAMSEY SIZE-LINEAR GRAPHS AND RELATED QUESTIONS
(2024)SIAM Journal on Discrete MathematicsIn this paper we prove several results on Ramsey numbers R(H, F) for a fixed graph H and a large graph F, in particular for F = K-n. These results extend earlier work of ErdoH \s, Faudree, Rousseau, and Schelp and of Balister, Schelp, and Simonovits on so-called Ramsey sizelinear graphs. Among other results, we show that if H is a subdivision of K-4 with at least six vertices, then R(H, F) = O(v(F)+e(F)) for every graph F. We also conjecture ...Journal Article -
