Simulation and comparison of different stirrer types inside a reverberation chamber
(2004)2004 International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)In this paper the simulation of various types of electromagnetic stirrers inside a reverberation chamber is presented. Several different stirrer designs and sizes are compared against each other, and the influence of the stirrer axis orientation (vertical versus horizontal) within the chamber is shown. Three-dimensional electrical field integral equation based method of moment full-wave simulations in the frequency domain are used for the ...Conference Paper -

Pin gap investigations for the 1.85mm coaxial connector
(2007)2007 European Microwave ConferenceThis paper presents a detailed investigation of the influence of pin gap size on the S-parameters of the 1.85 mm connector. In contrast to earlier publications connector geometry is simulated with all chamfers, gaps and contact fingers. Simulation results are verified by cross-checking between finite element frequency domain and finite difference time domain methods. Based on reliable simulation results, a very fast tool was developed to ...Conference Paper
