Plasmonically Enhanced Optical Accelerator for Nonlinear Signal Processing Based on Artificial Neural Networks

256 GBd Single-Carrier Transmission over 100km SSMF by a Plasmonic IQ Modulator
(2023)49th European Conference on Optical Communications (ECOC 2023)A plasmonic IQ modulator is used to demonstrate 160 GBd 64QAM with achievable data-rates of 774 Gbit/s in a single-carrier back-to-back experiment. High-Power Performance of Type-II GaInAsSb/InP Uniform Absorber Uni-Traveling Carrier Photodiodes
