(2022)OSA Technical Digest ~ European Conference on Optical Communication (ECOC) 2022A plasmonically enhanced graphene organic hybrid electro-optic phase modulator of 10 µm length with low plasmonic losses of 2.5 dB and a bandwidth of 270 GHz and beyond is demonstrated.
